Our AC unit lost its ability to cool, and as soon as we called HARP to schedule an urgent service request, they scheduled a technician to come out the very next morning. We were so fortunate to get Courtney as our tech. Not only was he extremely kind, he was vastly knowledgeable and most helpful in mitigating our issue with the unit, so that it was operational again. I cannot say enough good things about him. He sat down and diligently explained the issues with our current system (which is 10 years old), options going forward and recommendations for ongoing efficiency and longevity with new systems. He was a pleasure to deal with and really made us feel like valued customers. I will absolutely request him for future service requests and truly hope that HARP knows what a great asset he is to their company.

I needed a maintenance and service of my furnace after an alarming annual review with my service provider who I will not name. I'll cut right to the chase. The HARP technician who came to my house was fast, transparent, professional and patient as he did a tip to tail inspection and maintenance of my oil fired furnace explaining every step in the process and allowing me to ask questions as he went. He was able to completely service the system, point out where the other company had done something they should not, corrected that and then tested my furnace to ensure it was safe to use and that there was nothing wrong with it. You can't put a price on your life and well being and I rely on companies I contract with to not try to treat me like a cash cow and to help me to keep my family safe. HARP helped me do exactly that and gave me back my piece of mind. Long and short of it is, I'll be leaving the other guys behind and switching to HARP. I want competence and professionalism and that's these guys all day long. Thanks HARP you really saved the day.

I had to come edit my review. THE INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT TEAM IS TERRIBLE. I had a new central air unit installed the end of June it worked good for less than a week. My tenant started to notice leaking from the unit Leaksge on the floor then dripping from a vent inside. Maintenance came out July 3rd. He specified it was an installation issue, however he did what he could to adjust it. The unit is leaking all over the floor causing damage. I put a bowl down to catch some of the drippings. However, that isn’t working for where the leaking is coming from. The unit outside is exposed to leakage as well water all around the unit. I’ve been trying to reach the installation manager and team since 7/8 with constant calls and emails from myself and other sources with no call back nor help. They sent out another maintenance tech 7/14, why would they do that as they’ve already been notified that it is an installation issue. However, Jeffrey was very informative and helpful and clearly said just like Charles that it’s an installation issue. Unit still leaking and ruining my property. I had high hopes for Harp, as this isn’t my first install service. If there was a zero stars for them they would get it as far as INSTALLATION/MANAGEMENT. It’s sad that the actual ppl that come out to do the jobs HAVE TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. My issue still hasn’t been resolved it’s now 7/16 Charles was very nice, helpful & resourceful. He answered all my question & explained everything that I asked in regards to my central air unit, as he did the maintenance. I watched him do his maintenance 👍🏽👍🏽

I actually had two technicians that came out today. The first was to see if my system could be repaired. Brandon was great, and very knowledgeable. My system was very old and wouldn't be able to be repaired, it would need to be replaced. Brandon asked if I would like to have someone come do a few quote on a replacement, then he cashed the company to check when someone could come. A quote technician was available this afternoon. Jerry came out and explained what he was going to do. He sat with me and carefully and thoroughly explained what was needed and why. He graciously answered all of my questions. He was so kind and caring as he worked to get the best possible pricing for my budget. He went above and beyond. Harp has a great reputation for a reason! They have done work for me in the past and I completely trust them. I will add an update once the new unit gets put in. But I'm very happy with my experience! Thank you all so much!!!
