Mark was great! I'm a first-time home-owner and this was my first major issue in the new house. He came over really quickly even though it wasn't an emergency, walked me through what he was doing and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I have to also mention that the price was unbeatable for the quality of service received! He showed up when he said he would (NOT an 8 hour window) and was fast. Mark was great! He went out of his normal schedule to service me. He diagnosed and resolved my issue promptly. I was not charged any additional monies outside of his hourly rate. He told me ways to prevent the issue in the future. This is a true story. - Cassandra

I had TCD come inspect my water main over a year ago when I was buying my first house. Mark was friendly and thorough in his explanations of the inspection, and I appreciate having a video to go along with the inspection! Just last night, I emailed asking about what my service line might be made of. Mark called this morning and walked me through how to check the material. I'll be using Twin City Drain for as long as I can with this kind of expertise and customer service!

I have a new home and so I thought my days of needing a plumber for clogged pipes was a thing of the past! Unfortunately that dream only lasted 4 months and then a backup happened! Mark was willing to fit me in on the end of a long Friday and I was very grateful! He arrived after most plumbers had gone home for the night, he explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself!
