Let the homeowner beware! First, Willard and Lee Twaddle were on time and did really good work unclogging our bedroom and kitchen sinks, replacing the flusher for one of the toilets and then installing a new kitchen faucet. They got the work done in about half a day and even came back as I needed to pick up a faucet for kitchen for them to install. I'm disappointed because of the surprise bill of $1742 from them at the end.. it was supposed to be unclog one sink.. Granted,I did not think it would be more than we would have paid for our CA home and I did not ask upfront, I just certainly did not expect it to be twice as much as what we pay in CA for licensed plumbers. I felt Willard, the owner, should have shared with me ahead of time if it was to cost that much... Bottom line, if you ever have Twaddell work for you, just be sure to ask them ahead of time their fees before they start their work.

Our Kitchen sink and Master bathroom sink were backing up. Tommy and Lee came in explained everything that they were going to do and why and how I could prevent it in the future. The Guys are very professional knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I would not use anyone else.

Called to get a leaking pipe fixed. Instead, they installed a new sink on top of the STILL leaking pipe. Now they want an additional 1.2k to come back and fix the problem they were suppose to fix the first place. Additionally the plumber techs were never on time. I had to call each time to see if they were still actually coming. They never showed up in the time slot nor did anyone call me to let me know they were running behind.

I love Twaddell’s plumbing. Lee and Tom are courteous, explain everything clearly, and clean up after themselves. And best of all, their prices are actually reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Willard and his son's are exceptionally professional, respond in immediate fashion and address the plumbing issue. The staff is courteous and treat your house with respect and kindness.
