Tritan Plumbing

Great job tonight Tritan team! I was under a lot of stress after a vehicle crashed into my home and broke my gas meter right off the house. After calling several plumbing companies with no success in speaking with someone, Sarah answered my call. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable in moving forward with Tritan. The job was serviced by Mickey. Mickey has worked in the industry basically his whole life. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. What a great experience and I would definitely recommend Tritan and use Tritan for all my plumbing needs in the future!

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!! Sarah supposedly scheduled appointments July 15, July 16, July 17 and July 18. Always an excuse as to why the Technician was not able to make it for example, weather, traffic, another appointment too longer than anticipated, short staffed because someone called out. It was ridiculous!!! I was blessed to be working from home that week, because what an inconvenience! Sarah claimed she was going to have her husband do the work on July 18, because she wanted me to have the best technician and she would offer an inconvenience fee. Well, not only did the technician not show up, I was ghosted by Sarah. How rude and unprofessional!! I contacted this company because they repaired a busted pipe a couple years ago and the technician “Noah” did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I will “NOT” be contacting this company again! PLEASE BE WARNED!

Had a wonderful experience with this company! Sarah is wonderful! Had a major issue that needed to be resolved ASAP and she came through and went out of her way to make sure it was professionally and promptly resolved. Would highly recommend them for any service. The crew that came out was on time and friendly. If we could give 6 stars we would!

Our cleanout stack in the front yard was too high and needed to be lowered several inches. We called Tritan and explained the problem. They sent Mickey who did a great job at a reasonable price…all in a single visit. Thanks.

DO NOT USE THEM. Called them to fix a drain clog issue. I went with them because they had come out for me a couple other times over the last few years. This time: over a three week span they took multiple days to respond to calls and texts, missed multiple appointments they had set with me, and showed up about 6 hours late both times they actually came. They misdiagnosed the issue and charged me a couple thousand dollars (after promising a discount that they did not give) to do work that didn’t fix the issue in the slightest bit. They did not respond when I told them this. Called Roto Rooter and they came out immediately, fixed the issue, and only charged me $400.
