OC recently remodeled my bathrooms and I would absolutely recommend their crew to anyone!! I was impressed with their project management process - always communicative, on time, quality work, follow-ups, suggestions, etc. - especially working with Joe, the Project Manager assigned to my remodel. I appreciated their approach to business/projects so much that I signed up for their annual "maintenance" program! I trust OC to service my home any day.

The entire operation was 5 star. From mitigation, to HVAC, to repair, I was thoroughly walked through every detail and was offered a quick and easy solution for the water damage in my basement. From one small business owner to another, these guys are fairly priced, honest and hardworking to get your home’s project done immediately. Would highly recommend.

We were having issues with our furnace not putting out hot air and requested a quote through their website and received a friendly call from Eric within 1 hour! Austin arrived at our home only 3 or so hours later (way ahead of the original appointment window) to inspect our furnace and offer advice for a replacement. After a few more hours and grabbing a part from Joey nearby, Austin had our furnace running properly again. I had an appointment today for electrical work with Pete C – he was great!! He was extremely knowledgeable and able to help with my outlet issues. He is clearly highly skilled in his field. He actually taught me quite a few things and even showed me something that I wasn’t aware of in my home! I have used OC Property Solutions for several home needs in the past (water damage mitigation, HVAC, plumbing, and now electrical) and have always had a very positive experience with the techs they send out. I am happy to have found a company that I trust for various home issues! I highly recommend this company!!

OC is hands down the best company around. They are honest, timely, detailed, and trustworthy. They have literally saved me money by telling me I did not need something I thought I needed and gave me all the options. Secondly, they were recently at my home to replace a water heater. Simple plan to begin with. All of my water shutoffs were corroded so we needed to shut the main (unplanned). Joe took charge and contacted the city to come find our box. The city said they had no one available and would have to wait until the next day, as in their eyes they had more pressing emergencies. Joe informed them to contact him if anyone became available. I took the liberty to also call as the homeowner and express my concerns. Hours later the city showed up to locate the box and provide the shutoff. I contacted OC to let them know so they could get started first thing in the morning. Joe came to my home and completed a project that had grown exponentially due to having to replace all the shut offs and some added re-piping the moment I called. He showed up late in the afternoon and worked well into evening/night time. Giving up his own personal time with his family to ensure my family had working water and hot water. He said the kids would want the hot water in the morning. He was professional and cheerful throughout while also entertaining my 3 year old son. He made such an impression that at bed time, my son cried because according to him "my new friend has to leave". OC will always be our first and only call.
