We bought our house 3 years ago and the previous owner got 2 Fujitsu split AC and heat system. They slowly stopped working over the years and it finally totally stopped working last year. We are so glad that we find Trio heating and air on yelp. Our technician Edwin arrived on time both appointments. He was really patient and really professional, he spent so much time diagnosing our systems and explained every problem he found. And he answered every question my husband and I asked and made sure we understood it. I had no idea what's going on with those complicated systems and now I have a general idea about how they work. Additionally, he listened to what our concern about the current system and gave us multiple solutions on how to fix our problem. I really appreciate that he provided detailed and hard work even we picked a temporary or experimental solution that one system might only last 1-2 seasons. He gave me a lot of tips of how to maintain the system from our side. Now our AC work again! I am pretty confident to say that we find the company and the technician no matter we keep going with this split AC system or switch to central air system. My inspection technician Matt came to my home and did a full inspection and diagnosis of my HVAC system from ducts to furnace to A/C unit. He was thorough in his inspection and gave me his recommendations for the necessary work that would be needed to repair our system. Next Tony came to my home that same day, and based on Matt's inspection, walked me thru what I needed, the products he recommended, and the work needed to replace our furnace, A/C unit, and ducting at a really reasonably price. He also was thorough and made recommendations that suited my needs Then Juan, Charbel, Otto, and Ronald did an amazing job with all the installations and work performed!!! They were courteous, considerate, and extremely professional! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my new system. It didn't take long for the new A/C to drop the temperature inside my home to a very comfortable level. The A/C unit is compact compared to my previous unit, about the third of the size of my old unit, and barely makes any noise when running. This is the best experience I have ever had for replacing 30+ years old gas furnace with electric heat pump to finally have both AC & heating in my house. Richard, project manager, is the so caring and kind, constantly following up, answering questions and doubts I have along way, since I am nervous and anxious person. He is making the whole experience so smooth and reassuring. Definitely recommend to work with him to scope out the HVAC project for your home. You will NOT regret it! The people who actually putting the work into the home, turning magic into reality are even more respectful and awesome! Jose, Otto and Hector are super hardworking and squeezing the 3-days of installation into 2 days so high quality workmanship! Can’t recommend enough! I am getting paid to say good words, I simply believe they deserve the recognition and customer deserves the best service from them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Trio for HVAC needs, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial service call, new system consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional. We reached out via Thumbtack as our  A/C seemed not to be working properly. Whoever's responding to messages, sending emails, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders is doing an excellent job. We knew what was happening every step of the way, who to expect, and when to expect them. Dakota was the wonderful technician sent out for our diagnostic appointment just a couple hours after contacting Trio via Thumbtack. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He kept it transparent and even educated us along the way. He assessed the problem and offered a mix of packages within low, mid, and higher budget ranges. We decided to move forward with finding out more about their heat pump system. Dakota was able to get us a PM scheduled to come out the same day. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to answer all our questions, provided detailed explanations of the options available and all the price reductions plus rebates. His professionalism and expertise made us feel confident in our decision to choose Trio to install our heat pump, air scrubber, and attic space insulation. The installation team, led by Tai, was exceptional. Tai and Pedro arrived on time all three days, worked efficiently, and ensured that everything was spotless after completion. They even took the time to explain how to use the new system. We've been enjoying it for a few days now and the change has been very pleasantly noticeable. In addition, from their great installation with everything, they indirectly fixed a few things. Our doorbell sound works, our exhaust fan in the main bathroom is blowing great and the dining room lights no longer flicker!!! Just can not say enough thank you to the entire team that did such an amazing job installing our new HVAC system. Our 30 year old system finally saw the end of its life and given our prior experience I called up Trio and from inspection by Dakota to planning and quote by Richard as well as installation by the entire crew that include Jose, Gabriel, Walter, Hector, and Irrael. The new HVAC is working like a charm. This is a professional team to say the least and I highly recommend Trio.
