Trinity Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Dave from Trinity just cleared our main drain/trap in our house in Colonie NY. It was a good experience. They were able to schedule for same day, just a couple hours wait, gave a nice/narrow 2 hour time window, and communicated when Dave was on his way. Dave was friendly and presented well, especially considering how dirty the job can get. I don't think I heard him use a single curse word which is something most of us take for granted and don't even think about, but as a customer I definitely appreciate that. He worked hard on our tough clog, it made a fairly nasty mess which seemed unavoidable but he did clean it up thoroughly. Maybe not reasonable but it would be great if they had some sort of basin or large tray to prevent the mess altogether. Price seemed fair/reasonable considering the time, capability, equipment, and overhead costs. I would recommend and will definitely call Trinity for future plumbing needs.

Aidan came and completed work in a very professional and timely manner. We are very pleased with his work and he was a delight to converse with.

Today, Trinity came out the same day and helped me with my tankless hot water tank. They know their stuff. I found my new plumbing company. Thank you such.

My kitchen sink was plugged -- I called others who couldn't come for days(!) but Dan listened to my problem and arranged for Aidan to come the same afternoon. Aidan was professional, pleasant, and persevered, using multiple methods to diagnose and find the problem and get the drain flowing. He entered a very narrow crawl space to assess the piping configuration; he didn't hesitate to "get dirty" and was not content to just try to fix it from the sink. Aidan also identified and repaired a leaking connection and a loose (improper) drain installation and corrected those issues too. A good plumber isn't cheap, but who else responds onsite within a few hours, stays until the job is done, and corrects mistakes from previous contractors too? Worth the value, definitely would call them again.

We have worked with Trinity Plumbing & Drain Cleaning over the past few years on multiple plumbing projects.
