Scott did a great job of diagnosing and curing my AC problem. Tim likewise did a stellar job of installing my smart thermostat, walking me through the ap and making doubly sure everything was working correctly. Very impressed with knowledge and efficiency of both. Our new favorite HVAC group.

Another great service by Randy and team. They came quick to give us estimate, put a temporary fix in, ordered part and then came back to repair. Throughout we were kept Updated.

James and Joe did an excellent job of changing out a corroded valve in our crawl space, as well as a problematic outdoor spigot. It was challenging situation due to the unusual setup of service lines to our house, but they got everything fixed for us. They were also very prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs!

I had an issue with my boiler. (May 2025) My thermostat was saying the heat was on, but the radiators were ice cold. I called and left a message with Ferrell brothers on an early Sunday morning. Within half an hour Randy called me and patiently and professionally troubleshot the problem. He saved me a 200 dollar service call. This company is dedicated to their customers.
