Frank and his crew did a great job doing an electrical upgrade and adding a mini split system to my residence. Jerry was excellent when I was deciding what exactly I wanted to have done and answering all my questions. I would have Frank do more work at my house for sure and most likely will at some point.

I had Cyle out for an estimate for a new heating/HW system a week ago. Shortly after he left, my husband had a major medical event so we had to put our lives on hold. Two days later, our unit died. In summer, it didn’t matter for the heat, but we had no hot water. The same day, my dog became ill & was facing emergency surgery. With my husband in ICU, I called Cyle & he jumped into action. He worked his magic & over the course of the day, he got us an emergency installation for the next day. Trent & Yogi arrived early in the morning & got to work. I had to get my dog to the vet & also get to the hospital. I left everything in their capable hands. I literally had to abandon them in my basement. When I got home, the new unit was in & running, we had heat/HW, & everything was neat & tidy. They patiently went over everything and put my mind at ease. I was under tremendous stress as my spouse lie in serious condition in the hospital, my beloved pup became quite ill, and my heating system died all within 48 hours. Crisafulli Bros couldn’t help with my husband or my dog, but they went way above and beyond to say “We’ve got this” concerning my heating system and completely took this incredible weight off of my shoulders. They were booking installations 2+ weeks out, and Cyle & Andrew rearranged their schedules to get us taken care so I had one less thing to worry about. I cannot express what a gift Crisafulli Bros gave me. They gave me a little bit of sanity in an absolutely insane week.

We hired Crisafulli Bros for a big job at our home, as well as a for an emergency electrical problem. Doug from Crisafulli responded quickly to the emergency and promptly corrected the problem. For the other work, Andy and Roman and the rest of his team were knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the process. They were careful with landscaping and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything thoroughly and overall exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
