Update 8/20/25 We used Trident again to have them do some camera work in our septic and RV clean out. Quintin came out and he was so knowledgeable and such a friendly guy. He answered all of my questions and also recommended a future service that we're interested in. Can't say enough good things about Quintin and Trident! Previous review We used Trident for a water softener system installed, as well as, reverse osmosis in the kitchen and fridge, a utility sink install and water lines run to a hose reel. Our experience with the Trident team was phenomenal start to finish. Mike was great during the consultation, very thorough and definitely knows his stuff. Shelby was so friendly and patient during the scheduling process. They are very accommodating around available dates and times and we didn’t have to wait weeks to get on their schedule. Mike and Chris did our install and they are not only incredibly skilled guys, but also communicative and nice to work with. That’s important when guys are working at your home all day. Cannot recommend Trident enough. We’ll definitely be a life long customer!

Kaleb came by to replace the Reverse Osmosis filters today, and he was right on time, which is always appreciated. The filter change itself seemed to be no problem for Caleb, as he was done within 10-15 minutes tops. He was friendly and advised me to make sure to change the filters every 6 months for the best performance (since we have a family of 5). I really appreciated the advice and speed at which Caleb worked. I would highly recommend Trident Plumbing & Drain to anyone looking for fast and friendly service. This was an easy 5 star rating!

We had a persistent bathroom drain issue that another well known company wasn’t able (or willing) to fully resolve. After being overcharged for quick temporary fixes that didn’t address the real problem, we decided to find another option and we’re so glad we found Trident Plumbing. They’re a local, veteran-owned company which was important to us and they lived up to everything we’d heard. Tyler was our plumber and he was fantastic. He called ahead and even offered to come early, which was a huge help for our schedule. He was professional, explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and left the space clean. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and fairly priced. We won’t hesitate to use Trident Plumbing again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable work from a company that truly cares.

Trident Plumbing did a great job of finding the issue, advising of a way to test the issue and ultimately, replacing our soft water system with an upgraded model. Our previous system had failed for some random reason and Trident helped us diagnose and replace the issue, ultimately fixing it. Our tech was Caleb and he did a great job and was very helpful and knowledgable on the job.
