Kaiden came out within an hour of my call in. He was very professional fast at getting our problem resolved, gave us pointers for future and what to look for. He also saved me from the missionaries that were insisting on talking knowing we were working and coming in and out of the front door. Anyways this kids awesome and is definitely knowledgeable for plumbing issues.

Years ago I had issues at my house and used Tower Plumbing multiple times. In my new condo I haven’t had any issues but one problem came up I remembered who to call Aaron was able to come over for a same day service and was right on time. He was professional, friendly, communicative and easily solved my kitchen sink problem. I would recommend!

David was exceptional! He was kind and super professional, he communicated to us exactly what issues he was fixing, how he was fixing it, and then when it was completed. He was quick and left everything clean afterwards! Definitely recommend him anytime!

Jaxsen and Dalton came right on time and quickly assessed the situation. I had a blockage on my main sewer line and they were able to determine that it had cleared. They cleaned up the drain with their shop vac and so not need to do any further work. They did not even charge me as it was just the diagnostic and ended up being fine. Thanks valley plumbing! Best plumbing company! My neighbor used Valley/Towers Plumbing and was really happy with them. We added them to our list plumbing companies to call to get quotes from. I’m so glad we did! Valley/Towers plumbing did not charge for a quote, they didn’t mind going in our icky crawl space and they came in at half the price of the other companies. Valley/Towers included the most details about our plumbing problems and work that needed to be done. All of their work is guaranteed! Everything was explained to us before, during and after the work was complete. Valley/Towers plumbing has the best technicians. We worked specifically with Jeremy, Nick and Kaden they are amazing! Because it was a big job we had multiple technicians from their company at our house, every one of them was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They are very hard working folks, they arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. We highly recommend this company and I will defiantly call them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.
