Our hot water heater was leaking. We needed a new one completely. Ours was 16 years old. We had not had hot water for 2 weeks. Called and got a tech to come out the next day after my call. Got an estimate and Mike Murray was our tech. He truly is an amazing guy. Estimated and offered to fix it same day. We have never had a better experience with anyone. Super nice guy, great tech and great customer service and care. I will be a forever customer, that’s for sure. If you’re looking for fast and great priced service, look no further. Mike Murray is your guy.

Tom helped us out to replace a leaky outdoor water faucet. He showed up promptly, and was quick to assess that the work would be more difficult than anticipated due to the location. He worked quickly and efficiently, was very respectful to our home, and ensured everything was running smoothly before he left. Tom is very friendly and clearly very experienced! I'd highly recommend him.

Francisco did an amazing job fixing my AC! He was on time, professional, and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. He worked quickly but didn’t rush, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the results. Tom was great. Very knowledgeable. We had no idea our venting for our water heater was not up to code!!! But he did, and made sure to fix that issue as well as replace our water heater to perfection!! Also thanks for the card!!! My husband said “Aim High” Air Force strong!

( Friday ) Our AC was not properly working. The air was not cool but the blower was working. Called TMI in the morning and were able to get an appointment. The tech came and replaced a part in no time at all. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the tech. Extremely kind and let me know ahead of time what he was going to do. ( Sat ) The AC blower was making a squealing noise which got worse. Called TMI and got an appointment. The tech Wesley M. arrived and started troubleshooting the issue. Wesley was awesome. He kept me informed of what he found to be the problem and what the solution was. Wesley was extremely professional and very polite. Wesley got the motor replaced and we are back to enjoying the AC.
