Had a great experience. Jimmy was very kind and efficient. He quickly identified and resolved the issue. He explained it and how to prevent future issues. The cost was reasonable. Jimmy did a fantastic job identifying the reason our floor drain was backing up and he quickly cleaned the drain out. Had an unexpected sewage back up and my grandmother recommended Jimmy with RotoRooter. I gave them a call and I asked for him and he came out within 30 minutes. He was so very professional and let me know what was going on regularly to keep me updated. He figured out what the issue was within 2 hours and even recommended some good people to help get it cleaned up and the problem fixed.
