TJ's Plumbing & Heating of Erie

A standard swapping of a toilet turned into removing an old cast iron flange, some floor, and the subfloor around toilet. The toilet was installed well enough. The finish work is absolute trash… Two days, two different sets of people. The guy on the first day smoked in the garage, butchered all the trim work, and threw away the vent cover (which was original to the home, a non standard size, and going to be almost impossible to find a replacement for). This bathroom has a door from an office and an opposing door to the garage. Our internet and router are in the garage and this yahoo decided to unplug everything to use that plug, instead of the several other outlets that had nothing in them. My husband works from home and he had to wait until the guy left to get any work done… The second set of guys that came today were fine and tried to fix what the first guy wrecked. There are giant gaps under all the door trim now and globs of caulk everywhere. We paid $2300 for this mess and I can’t possibly ever recommend anyone using them. Hopefully this review helps people steer clear of TJ’s in the future…

We just had Thomas from TJ's out to replace our garbage disposal. A nice young man who did an efficient, quality job for us at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to call on TJ's and Thomas again for our future plumbing needs.

I appreciated the service, patience, and understanding I received from Thomas. He was a diligent and respectful young man who explained what services were needed and the time he needed to complete the job. I was satisfied with his work and I would refer him to family and friends.

I recently had my gas turned off due to a leak at the meter and was told to call a plumber to replace the pipe. I contacted your company immediately and you sent someone right out. He looked at the problem and with the lateness of the afternoon I was told someone would be here first thing the next day because digging needed to be done. 8am I got a call and they were on the way. The pipe was changed but failed the test and I was told all my pipes needed to be replaced. It didn't surprise me since I live in a mobile home made in 1975 which has been in the same spot for the 30+ years I've been here. The guys were great even offering to loan me a space heater since repairs had to take an extra day. And the price was fantastic. I will definitely be calling back for a bathroom repair later in the summer. Great job and thank you.

I have used TJ's a few times now over the years and they're fantastic to work with. Their quotes are accurate, their work is solid, and the price is fair. Thomas, George, Andrew, and Willie have all done great work for me and it's much appreciated during stressful plumbing issues!
