Tittle Plumbing

Jon and his son did a nice job on our new toilet. We hired them through Lowe's/Angie and they were on time, polite and efficient!

Hired by Lowes to install my toilet. 1. Tittle was suppose to call me within 2 days and they did not. 2. Scheduled install for 12:00 pm on a Friday. Did not show up, called installer Scott asking him when he was coming. Said he had an emergency he had to go to. So, I sat around for several hours wasted time. We scheduled for 10:30, the next morning. 3. Next morning, Scott goes to Lowes at 9:45 am. I texted him at about 10:00 am. He claims he is at Lowes and they can't find the toilet. To make a long story short, now it is 11:15 am. I call Scott. He tells me that he left Lowes. That his truck did not have room for the toilet, so he left to go to another job. He told me he would call me and try to get back in the afternoon. He never called. Lowes told me that the toilet was brought up immediately. The issue was Scott did not have proper ID to pick up the toilet, and in the end his truck was not big enough.. Another waster 2 1/2 hours. 4. Scott shows up at about 11:00 am on Monday. He refuses to haul away the old toilet unless I pay him $50. As part of Lowes contract the plumber is suppose to haul the toilet away. He knows that, but he claims it is not on his order form so he won't do it. I wasted another hour contacting Lowes/Angie who affirmed that the plumber should have taken the toilet. Now, I have to wait a week to have another plumber come over, waiting for him to show up and do something Scott should have done. This company has no problem wasting a customer's time. The WORST.

I've hired Tittle plumbing twice now and he was excellent both times. First I had a tankless hot water heater installed and love the on demand unlimited hot water. Second was a small job of a leaking hose under the kitchen sink. I don't hesitate to recommend him toy family and friends.

Excellent plumber called three guys before him and he was here within two hours some people had canceled on him so maybe not that prompt all the time but certainly good luck and did great work!!

I had a hose spigot rust off. Donnie came within an hour and had the repair done and water back on shortly after. Price was beyond reasonable. I will definitely use him again.
