They came to our home to replace the heat exchangers on our furnace today in the summer heat — they did the entire repair at absolutely no cost to us because they discovered parts of the system had been installed incorrectly back in 2020 when the house was built, and they took full responsibility for it. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands by their work and values their customers like this. The technicians Nathan and Ritchie were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The entire process was smooth, respectful of our time and home, and done with a level of honesty that you just don’t see very often. Sunrise Service turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a reminder of what true customer service looks like. We are beyond grateful — and now loyal customers for life! We had a leak inside the wall from the master bathroom shower. Sunrise returned my call within 10 minutes and Sunrise came out within 1hr (and on Sunday!) Christopher did a great job. He had all the fittings needed for the job and was finished with 1.5 hr. I was very impressed that he had the latest tools to connect between metal and the PEX piping! Christopher was very polite and professional. Great job Christopher and Sunrise Service. Price was very reasonable.

Javi and Sammy did an exceptional and excellent job with the installation of my HVAC SYSTEM. They cleaned up well and took care of my home while they did their job. I’m so happy to have Sunrise do the job. Jerome was so responsive and respectful and he made the purchase experience so easy. The drywall guys did a great job also. I’m glad Sunrise responded when I went online to find the right company. Overall I had 3 quotes to find the right company to do the right job. One didn’t show up for the appointment, the other one wasn’t honest enough to tell me the truth that he couldn’t get the brand I wanted and was pushing another brand for me to purchase. But I’m glad Sunrise responded and I’m so happy I got the quality brand that I wanted and also a great price. Sunrise provided excellent all around service. Raul arrived earlier than expected which was great. He quickly analyzed and determined my AC problem. He explained what needed to be done and also gave me 3 options rather than pushing just one choice. The fix was then implemented later that same day and is working beautifully. I can highly recommend Sunrise Service for their expertise, professionalism and end results.
