This company did for me in 2 days what another company dragged its feet for 3 weeks getting started. Above and beyond from beginning to end. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out SAME DAY to assess the problem, and took no time in getting my main waterline pipe fixed in less than 6 hours the very next day after the assessment. They even came back the next day after that and filled in the trenches for me, which was not at all expected. Might sound silly but these guys quite literally saved my soul from extra stress that other companies were trying to put me through. Thank you Trey, Jaime/Gordo, and the other 2 lovely gentlemen that came to fill my trenches today (I didn't get their names but they were very kind). Absolutely worth the cost 100% I cannot recommend this company enough.

5 star service from Keith G.! I called in the morning 8AM and they were able to schedule someone and Keith came within 2 hours. My AC didnt blow cool air on 111 degree day so I cannot appreciate it enough the fast and detail-oriented service from Keith. He really took his time explaining everything to me, teaching me tips to keep my AC unit last for a long time. At first my AC was working fine and he was about to leave but because he took his time explaining everything to me, the AC started acting up again and he was able to diagnose the problem, other people would have left and I would have to call again. Highly recommend. Fast service answering calls within 3 rings. 10/10! Never had an AC issue before and if I did I will only call and request Keith from now on.

Old pipe was going uphill they were able to dig down and replace the pipe in one day. Also took time to clean extra and answer my questions thank you to Mike and Brayden.

I’ve used them for plumbing in 2022 and now A/C in 2025. From the time I called with a broken A/C on a 105° Summer day, they were on-site within 4 hours, diagnosed the issue and had a game plan. The lead estimator was knowledgeable and had the latest tools and software. My new A/C compressor and parts were installed the same day! The installation team was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process before they got started. And they stayed late (8pm late) to get the job done and ensure the system was running smoothly and my family and I were “cool” by that evening! I HIGHLY recommend 702 PlumbAir. This is a family-owned, small business in So. Nevada that you should support because they will get the job done at a fair price with honesty and respect for your situation.
