Hi neighbors. Recommendation for you. Fantastic service by the team from Thomas & Galbraith. Dan and Jeff came to help us. We found Dan and Jeff to be honest, reputable, affordable, knowledgeable. They finished cleaning out our drain lines from the house for a very low cost. We had called them for a second opinion after “firm #1” came out. The Thomas & Galbraith estimate was orders of magnitude lower than firm #1, plus the work is guaranteed, and Dan and Jeff were very kind, polite, professional. (Firm #1 is one of the large firms and wanted to charge 73 times more!)

Just want to say your guys that came out to do my furnace and central air unit install did an awesome job. They kept everything clean and spotless and when they were done they made sure everything was clean on their way out. They discussed everything they were installing with me and explained how everything worked. I highly recommend your services to everyone. Quick and simple start to finish.

Called Thomas & Galbraith yesterday and set up an appointment for between 8:00-10:00 this morning to unclog a drain. Kevin W. arrived at 8:45. He went directly to the basement to assess the problem. He went back to his vehicle, brought his machine down to the basement and started to work. He told me he ran his drain snake about 50’ and cleared the blockage. The charge was $93.00 to unclog the drain. Kevin also looked at a couple other plumbing issues and gave me an estimate to repair one of them.n. All in all the work performed went smoothly. Kevin was polite and knowledgeable.

The salesman was polite and helpful. I would have given this review more stars, but only 2 because of the install & non-follow-up: Workmanship is not up to par. The transition duct from the new furnace goes up at an odd angle, with neither angle at each side being symmetrical. The duct should have come straight down, as in the old. Air is flowing out from all four sides of this new paper-thin sheet metal. No attempt was made to seal it. So, in effect, I am cooling and heating a non-occupied storage room. The outdoor unit was solidly soldered in while it was not square to my house. One side overlapped the pad by several inches. Before the tech had me sign off on the job, I took him out to look. Low & behold, everything was square – but at what price? Twisting the unit after being solidly sweated in can cause a constant torque/pressure on the piping & fittings. The tech insisted all was well. The next morning, I had to look up online and call the main office because the AC wasn’t working (no contact info was given to me in case of an issue or workmanship concerns). A service tech came out and found a wire not properly terminated at the outside unit. I would have expected a call at some point from someone to ask how my install went, but I should have known better. The pics show the old transition from the furnace – everything straight up & down, and the new odd piece of garbage. Also, the before and after pics of the outside unit not properly in place, then twisted under torque back into place, square with the house.
