My mother called me on a Sunday to let me know her basement had a foot of water in it. We contacted 1-Tom-Plumber, and they were able to dispatch someone within just two hours. Joe arrived and quickly assessed the situation. At first, he informed us that the water would need to be pumped out before any work could begin. After inspecting the house for visible leaks and finding none, Joe noticed a manhole cover directly in front of the property. He opened it and determined that he could hydro jet from there, eliminating the need to pump out the basement first—a huge relief. Joe was extremely professional and patient, especially with my elderly mother. He took the time to explain everything clearly, multiple times, and made sure she understood and was comfortable before proceeding with any work. He stayed for several hours to ensure the basement drained properly, then ran a camera to verify the clog was fully cleared and identify the likely cause. Conner was a saving grace for us at 11p when our pipes started backing up in our basement. He was great at giving us the information on what the issue was and how we could go about fixing it.
