Roto Rooter came to the rescue and fixed our backed up sewer in no time. The tech, Hunter was outstanding at relaying all information and checking through all things thoroughly. He was extremely knowledgeable at his job and very accommodating. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing or sewer emergency or for regular maintenance. The cost was also very reasonable. We will be using them again in the future. Thank you for a great job done and in such a timely fashion.

My basement flooded cause my house didn't have a sump pump and when I got one the sewer was backed up i tried doing it myself but the clog was to big and to far so I called roto at 6 in the morning and they had someone out to take a look in just a few hours and took care of the clog. Todd was the guy and he was very knowledgeable and good at his job you can tell he cares after he got the clog out he ran the snake down a few more times to make sure and cleaned up everything nicely thank you Todd and roto for the good and fast service.

Had two recent plumbing visits and both of the young men (Jeff and Jacob) who came out were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. They communicated costs clearly and Jacob even reached out to another team to get an estimate for some additional service we need. Scheduling the service was easy and the app makes things even easier. Additionally, we were able to schedule service in the evening after I got off work.

The laundry tub was clogged. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. My appointment was made promptly. Ron was polite and made me feel comfortable the clog in my old cast iron tub would be repaired soon. He had the drain cleared in a few minutes and I could do laundry again. Thank you!
