Supreme Service Today

I’ve deleted my earlier 5 Star review. It’s been 2 weeks, 3 visits from two different technicians, $1400, and our AC still isn’t fixed. After each visit, the AC cools for a few hours but within 5 to 10 hours stops cooling completely. In the meantime we’ve had to buy a window AC unit to make the home livable. No one can afford having a technician out every other day. To their credit, the technicians acted Profesional and courteous, explained what they did in clear terms, arrived in their estimated windows, and were nice people. However, their work was not enough to do the job of fixing our AC. The first photo is from the tech, which shows at 10am today the AC unit was blowing 61 degree air. Great! The second photo is from 10pm, same day, and despite being set to Cool, the AC is blowing 83 degree air. Infuriating.

I have worked with Supreme before and they always offer very polite and professional service. I scheduled an appointment through a courtesy call about an AC maintenance special. I had the AC on our 2 heat pumps tuned up for $49 each which is a great price. Ben, the technician who did the work, was excellent. He was extremely polite and positive and explained everything he did with photos. One heat pump was fine, but the other had a problem that will require a repair. At the end, Ben walked me through the entire inspection again and had 2 quotes for the recommended work. The service was excellent, but we will get a second estimate on the work before making the repair. That being said, they sent the estimate and all the photos of the work so that we have them for our files. Again, great service and price for the maintenance; I just want to be sure of the price for the proposed work.

Fantastic experience. Benyam arrive one hour after I called for an appointment. He methodically worked through each finding as he solved our problem. He is so knowledgeable and explained each step as he made progress. He fixed our system and was extremely pleasant. Love this company - the first company I called couldn’t come out for 3 days

Mr. Nazim O. was very professional, knowledgeable, personable; and explained the entire repair process to us in detail. He repaired our AC in no time! We were so relieved! Additionally, he is a very kind and empathetic person, as is his Supervisor, Mr. Ryan - whom we talked to on the phone about a possible future order. We give this Company 5 stars! P.S. It was also very easy to schedule Service with this Company; the entire process - scheduling and repair - from start to finish was smooth and prompt. Very grateful to have them in our Metro Area! We have used Supreme Service Today for almost 3 years for various home repairs, including HVAC and plumbing. The service technicians have been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They send appointment information with a picture of who is coming to your home. They have been punctual and conscientious about wearing shoe covers (we don’t wear shoes inside our home). The company also provides payment plan options. Most recently, Preston came out to check our plumbing. He was outstanding. He took the time to explain the process and give us tips on how to better maintain our plumbing. I’d highly recommend this company if you’re looking for excellent service and experienced professionals. Their customer service is also responsive, friendly and helpful.
