Saffer replaced a pump for me in January. In August I noticed what might be a problem. I called them on Tuesday and they were at our home the next morning. I had a window of 10:30am-2pm. The technician, Christian, called me around 11am to inform me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Christian was very personable and professional. He talked to me about what was happening and gave me all of the options. Everything was under warranty. He said that if I notice anything else not to hesitate to call their office and they would be happy to visit again. The amount of time from start to finish was 20-30 minutes. Afterwards, it was very clean around the area where the work was done. Top notch service from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would. They did a great job. They were efficient and personable. The work area was clean. And the prices are very fair and reasonable. 5 Stars. PS. The technician who did the pump replacement in January was also top notch. Personable. Professional. Informative. It was a tough install too but everything looked perfect when he finished.

I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend this company and they did not disappoint. I had an attic fan and ceiling fan put in. Joanie was exceptional, she listened and heard my concerns. Her crew that came out to assist with the attic fan could not have been any better, especially considering it was probably 100 degrees in that attic. From start to finish, the work was completed, no mess was left (like others in the past). I have never been happier. If you want the best in Electrical work, I would highly recommend Saffer. Tyler arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem. Left to gather supplies. Came back. Kept us informed. New toilet was installed in no time. Highly professional. Great price. Definitely will be our go to for any other needs
