Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our septic pump engine broke and we also had a busted septic pipe. Called rooter rooter and our technician Vincente was amazing. He troubleshooted the issue looking for resolves from the most complicated or the simplest. Although our issue had a more complex and pricy resolve Vincente took his time explained everything along the way. He fixed the issue even got a new engine out inHe was great!

My experience with Roto Rooter was great. Vincente came out and had our main line unclogged within 3 hrs of my initial phone call (at 9pm on a Saturday). Vincente put my mind at ease by walking me through the process and explaining some of his preliminary findings related to the plumbing in my house. I’m amazed at the responsiveness, knowledgeability, amicability, and actual ability of the team. Working with Roto Rooter felt less like navigating a plumbing emergency and almost more like booking a honeymoon vacation - at least in how downright pleasant every interaction was. Who knew that plumbing services could be done so well?

I put in a request for an estimate last for sump pump and drain issues. They were able to come out first thing this morning. The master plumber was wonderful. He provided a quote and was able to correct the issues quickly. We will definitely be using this company again.
