Superior Drainage

Mark was great with handling my septic tank service. He uncovered a major issue with my pump itself and even though I wasn’t home, I felt like I was right there with him as he explained everything to me and got me back on track. Thank you mark and superior drain for the continued 5 star service!!

I had some work done by Superior Drainage back around 2018 and was very satisfied with the work they did, so with a storm water drainage problem I was currently having, I called them again. Superior Drainage was even better than before!! I called and the receptionist was very nice and got me on the schedule for someone to come out quickly. I was given a three hour time frame for arrival, which was fantastic, as I didn’t have to wait for hours or all day. The person coming out, Ryan, called in the time frame given to tell me he’d be there in around 15 minutes. Ryan arrived and was very nice but always professional. He got right on the job asking questions and checking things out to get to where the problem areas were. He took care of the problem and was on his way. I couldn’t be more pleased. I learned a few things too!! I trust Superior Drainage because they have good people who know what they are doing and take care of their customers without taking advantage of them. I have a job coming up that I will be calling Superior Drainage to do. It is such a good feeling to not have to worry about what kind of people, work or price you may encounter with another company! Everyone we spoke to/worked with was so kind and helpful from the start! They did great work and have our sewer line back in perfect condition. Pricing was also very reasonable and the best quote we got out of every other company we looked into.

This was my first time having Superior Drainage come out to my house. They were prompt with getting me scheduled and with their service visit. Ryan was super knowledgeable, kind and honest. I loved that he was upfront about my drainage problem being more to do with the slope of my yard and didn’t try to sell me on something. I didn’t use their services because it wasn’t necessary but my first impression with them was wonderful. They will be the first company I call if I ever do need their services.

Superior’s technicians do amazing work! Dan, Mark, and another technician were helpful. They explained the process very thoroughly. The price is very reasonable! The company’s customer service is less to be desired. I received 2 automated emails and texts letting me know that the technicians would be arriving at 652am and then at 715am! There is no way that a customer should receive those messages that early in the morning! It needs to be turned off! When speaking with someone in customer service at 8am she said sorry and she hung up abruptly!
