Roto-Rooter out of Akron, Ohio is amazing! Our drains (toilets, shower, bathtub) were all backed up. The call center was very courteous and prompt with finding a technician in our area. A technician was here within the hour!! James Julien is his name and he was fantastic! He knew exactly what he was doing and immediately put our minds at ease! You can tell he was very experienced and assured us that it will easily be fixed! He was very professional, mannerly and friendly! He explained what was needed up front along with options and pricing. In a very short time everything was back to normal! He was on his way and our house and lives quickly were back to normal! Pricing was fair considering the extent of labor and equipment necessary! Highly recommended!!! Thank you!!!

Tim came by to review my garbage disposal with an humming noise and diagnose the issue. He suggested a replacement eventually. Gave me some useful tips to Watch and monitor. He was quick, efficient, kind and helpful. I will be requesting him and only going through roto rooter for any future plumbing needs.

Our well stopped working at about 1in the morning on Friday. Called Rotorooter and they said they would have someone call us, Kevin called us first thing in the morning and was able to come out on Saturday! He wasn’t able to fix the issue because it was much deeper (literally) than we anticipated! But he was super nice and helpful and guided us in the right direction! Kevin is the best! I'm on the board of The Blair House, a 5-story apartment building condominium in Akron. We had a 1st floor unit that had repeated backups in the kitchen sink for years. Finally, snaking the underground drain produced no lasting effect. We had to get this drain pipe open quickly, as several kitchens on higher floors drained through it. Roto-Rooter of Akron came out very quickly after we called them, with a whole team of experts. They ran a small fiber optic camera down the line and found significant pipe damage and clogging. They ultimately had to dig up the kitchen floor to remove several feet of cracked, broken drain pipe. They ran several feet of plastic liner in the pipe downstream, replaced the removed pipe with PVC, and backfilled the floor, finally re-pouring the concrete. We knew this sort of work had to be done eventually, but Roto-Rooter of Akron made it as painless as possible. Special nod of thanks to Jesse, Owen and especially Zack. These guys worked long hours into the evenings and even over the weekend to get the job done as quickly as possible for us. They were professional and pleasant to deal with, and really helped make a lot of folks feel better. You don't pay those guys enough!
