Julian from the Jennings team was great, my wife and I are 100% satisfied with the whole experience. Julian was kind, professional, and took time to explain how he was helping us. He also made sure we got our member discount that we pay for. We're excited we have Jennings to call whenever we'd like help with our house. Look what a great job he did cleaning the AC unit at our new house!

Dave and Drew were great. They came in the window specified. I gave them a lay of the land and they were off. They accommodated my neighbors in the need to move their truck. They did the work efficiently. At the end they tested the systems and walked me through it. I am now a lifetime customer of Jennings.

I called and they were able to get me in same day. They had a cancellation so I got moved up on the schedule which was very helpful! Brian was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it and looked at a non-related issue. I was given a fair price for his visit, which was disclosed up front. He emailed me quotes on the additional services recommended. It was everything you could ask for in this type of situation.

Sean and his helper were just here checking out our air-conditioner. We have the yearly contract with Jennings. It’s great. We had a small part replacement and it saved us money. Sean and Julian couldn’t have been nicer! Very personable! We went with Jennings last winter after one of the other big name companies stood us up…..TWICE! The man who checked our furnace then was super nice also. They are treated well and it shows! You can’t go wrong with Jennings.

We have used Jennings several times now and they are always professional and friendly. Andrew and Shane are great guys and did excellent work getting our mini split set up for our third floor despite having to work outside in the horrible heat! I can finally use my 3rd floor office all year round now.
