I want to thank Glenn, Jake, Dan, and Eric for all of their help. I had a tiny, ancient air conditioner and Glenn helped me figure out the best system for my house. Jake, Dan, and Eric did a fantastic job installing it, keeping everything clean as they went, and working as efficiently as they could. Special thanks to Matt for delivering and removing parts. I had a great experience and I especially appreciated how thorough Dan was when explaining the whole system to me. It was easy to follow, and I know I'll have a great set up for years to come. I’ve been using Sullivan Super Service for my furnace service every six months for the past year and a half, and they’ve always been reliable and professional. RaShawn did an amazing job! Not only did he fix my initial plumbing issue’s. He also found a gas related safety issue. Addressed connection issues. And everything looks so neat and in perfect order. You can find the lines in an organized fashion. I had lots of questions he was very patient and understanding explaining things to me. I will definitely use and recommend Sullivan Super Service again.
