0 stars. Our water heater was on the fritz after a power outage (surge). Called Armstrong because they had bought out the vendor that installed our unit. They arrived refusing to diagnose the problem -- saying because the unit was out of warranty the process to troubleshoot would be too expensive -- and basically gave us a take-it-or-leave-it offer of $2900 to replace the unit. While the tech was still there I called another company, read then our model/serial number and was quoted $2050 for a replacement. Paid Armstrong their $65 service charge and made them leave. The other vendor arrive the next day and before selling us a new unit spent 45 minute troubleshooting and trying to save us money. They couldn't but tried; then they installed the new unit for the promised price l, tax and everything else included. Armstrong lives up to their name and tried to strong-arm us. The experience sucked. Never again.

Joey and Lyle were great! Very friendly, worked hard and cleaned up when they were done. Would highly recommend these two employees. Joey even made a playhouse out of the A/C box for my grandchildren to play in. I don’t know anything about installing air conditioning so counting on them to have done the job right.

TJ was very thorough and informative. He fixed the issue in a timely fashion. So incredibly grateful. Will recommend to any client with plumbing needs!
