Strongbuilt Plumbing Air Electrical

My swamp cooler pump burned out over the weekend, but I didn’t realize it until yesterday when it was super hot. I called pretty late in the afternoon and they still got me an appointment for the next morning between eight and 12. They showed up at nine, after the courtesy call saying they were on their way. The technician was helpful and friendly and explained everything that he needed to do, then he did it. As usual, a very wonderful experience with Strong built.

I have booked Strongbuilt now at least half a dozen times for various jobs and have always had a great experience. They offer friendly and prompt service, competitive pricing, and quality workmanship. I have never been disappointed with any of the work their technicians have done. Just today, Antonio took care of me at Dispatch and Fernando was my plumbing technician. Both of them did an excellent job. I am very thankful for both of them helping me out and getting my bathtub drain cleared quickly and efficiently! The staff at Strongbuilt has great customer service. Honest and reasonable. Antonio and Jesse were very helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. My tech, David, was quite knowledgeable and did an exceptional job. I felt he went above and beyond. He replaced my backyard faucet and fixed some bathroom faucet leaks. He even helped me remove a broken drainage cap that I was unable to unscrew so that I could replace it. I am definitely using them again! I highly recommend them!

I am pleased with the AC Tune-up provided by Manuel. His knowledge about my AC and Furnace systems was impressive. I also appreciated his patience while explaining to me the service recommendations. I was also pleased with the customer service representative, Antonio, who scheduled the appointment and called to follow-up to ensure I was satisfied with the service.
