I have been a long time customer at a previous residence with good experiences with HVAC team. I needed an emergency plumber at my new home and ended up with a disaster! The first emergency was an upstairs toilet leaking into my ceiling downstairs. After 4 drywall holes were created to find the leak, the leak was visible without them. The worst part was the huge drywall mess left in both locations on my hardwood floors, leather sectional and Persian rug! No drop cloths nor clean up attempts. A week later I had two faucet leaks in upstairs bathrooms after new countertops were installed. The same tech, Flavio, came out and replaced a valve and told me all was good. I came home to find the same leaking valves untouched and still filling buckets with water. It was after hours and the call service offered zero support for after hours emergencies… nonexistent! I paid $300 for a valve replacement that did nothing. If the company records conversations with the tech, I clearly stated the exact source of the leaks multiple times! I also repeatedly asked for assurances that BOTH leaks were addressed. Reviewed your records!!!! I have a reputable tech coming with valves that cost $10 at Lowe’s to solve the problem.

My experience with Happy home service was great. It was very easy to set an appointment, they double checked everything. Mr. Beckwith was great explaining what went wrong and what options we have to fix it. Upfront price tag, I didn't feel forced at all. The report was with details and photos. Damon, Jackie, Simon, Ash and Jose all did a great job! Very courteous, respectful and everyone was easy to get in touch with. Had to get a new HVAC system, which is a big expense but they walked us through many options and got it installed the same week. Highly recommend!

I had issues with my ac not working this summer. I called the Happy Home answering service and was able to schedule a visit for the next day. The service technician, Riley, was a good communicator calling 20min before his arrival time. Riley explained what needed to be fixed and the interventions that were done. He was very clean and respectful of the house and wore booties inside. I will continue to utilize Happy Home for maintenance services. Thank you!
