From our first interaction, everything was very professional and their online links were easy to navigate. they were able to give me an appointment quickly and arrived on time. Their pricing was fair and the Plumber was very honest.The job was done quickly,, efficiently and they left my basement as clean as a whistle. I would highly recommend using Stewart’s plumbing. Zach Stewart arrived on time. He had taken the initiative to source the replacement faucet stems & seats to rebuild two 1930 vintage shower faucets. Zach's work was meticulous & EXTREMELY neat!! Over the years, I've used 6 different Syracuse Master Plumbing companies; and rate STEWART superlative to them in both ability, performance and attention to detail! We shall utilize STEWART for all of our plumbing needs.

Extremely quick service, affordable pricing, great work and super informative! Went the extra mile and even checked out the rest of our plumbing when we initially only called about a leak in our kitchen. Will definitely use again in the future if needed!

Had a project to fix a broken toilet flange that ended up needing to bring the drain system up to code. Ian gave very detailed suggestions and explanations. Was able to schedule quickly and get the work done. Ian was very professional and extremely polite, willing to adjust to requests and educate as he went. He even fixed a pipe valve that was leaking that wasn’t part of the original project. The most impressive part was that part of the project was having it inspected. I’ve had several projects done over the years by reputable companies that required inspection and it was never done. They back up their work. High quality and professional - strongly recommended!

Zach was easy to get hold of and was very responsive to my needs. Thankfully it wasn't an emergency, but, he stayed in contact with me until he was able to get someone out here. Ian showed up on time. Very pleasant and able to explain everything to me. Although this will end up being a very expensive repair, Stewart Plumbing was a pleasure to work with.
