This company has an obvious commitment to customer service and satisfaction and was a pleasure to do business with. I had several needs which were addressed efficiently, including replacement of old basement water supply shut-offs to my kitchen, installation of a new kitchen faucet as well as an under sink vent to correct slow drainage issues, and fixing a leak from one of the hot water tank lines. Friendly, courteous, and thorough...I will not hesitate to use them again!

After a long, exhaustive 3 months of *trying* to complete a big project with another plumber, we finally gave up and found AP Plumbing. They promptly sent out Rich to assess our needs and provide us with an estimate for the work we needed done in our new (to us) home. The work included replacement/upgrades of the water heater, pressure tank, and water softener. As opposed to the other company, I had an estimate within 24 hours. They completed the work promptly and efficiently and communicated with us throughout the process, from ordering the parts to job completion. Pete worked diligently over the two day project, explained everything thoroughly, and left the space clean and free of any work debris. Adam was fantastic—he has a great personality and took the time to explain every issue and address all of my concerns in detail. He also gave me some excellent tips and advice for future maintenance. I had been trying for several days to unclog my kitchen sink. I used various solutions and even tried an auger, but nothing worked. I had also contacted another plumbing service, but they quoted me nearly double the price I ended up paying with AP Plumbing. Adam did an outstanding job. He successfully cleared a major clog that I never would have been able to fix on my own.
