Tyler did a good job. He tried to go the less expensive route before any major fixes and quoted me for both. Got everything working without having to do the major repair and saved me some money. I also appreciated him getting the fix done quickly!

Tech came to snake for clogged line to septic. Did that from kitchen sink outwards, but the problem was not from sink to septic line. Previously used Mr. Rooter and line was somewhat cleaned, 3 years ago. Explained where the problem was last time, but that was not checked this time. Did not check outside line, like last time. Was told that they could not use the snake they had for larger pipe size, which I understand. Why show up with tools not equipped to look elsewhere? Advised that another visit would be necessary, repeating the same cost again. Also told that they would have to snake again first, then use the water jet to clean things out, which is not true. Went with another company, who came in and did the water jet, did the video inspection and problem fixed in under 30 minutes! Very disappointed with Mr. Rooter, in service, price and results achieved. Will not recommend, as overpriced, not equipped to do the job and no results achieved. Tech was friendly and polite, so had no complaints with him.

We had a plugged toilet. I googled plumbers and Mr. Router came up. I mistakenly thought it was Roto Rooter. The tech came in 4 hours. He spent 10 minutes and r toilet was easily unckogged. We were flabbergasted with a bill of $259. For 10 minute job. That is outrageous and will never do business with them again. When I questioned the text he only replied that's the going rate.

Dakota and Scott provided outstanding service. Cannot praise them enough - fixed our blocked drain and effectively communicated throughout the process. Highly professional. Will never call anyone other than Mr Rooter to help us with plumbing issues. Really well done!

Thank you for your prompt and friendly service. Your technician Dakota, took his time to explain the two (2) estimates, as well as explaining the jetting process, and it was done very proficiently. After the job was done Dakota set up an appointment for a technician to come out the next day to video the drain line. I highly recommend "Mr. Rooter" to my friends and neighbors for their next plumbing issues. Thank you again.
