Awesome work from start to finish! Jeremy did the walk through with us in our new home explaining the process on Installation. We approved the bid for the project, Jeremy and Chase returned with the full system and had our home cooled in no time. They both were very professional and very knowledgeable on what they were doing. They completed the job in half the time then we were told and we Greatly appreciate that. Booking was simple & easy to do! The guys were very punctual & professional. They were very patient with me as we explored options on my water pump issues. It still ended up being too pricey for me so I decided to go with their in-house financing option, which took a little more time but gave me more breathing room so to speak financially! They even finished way before the time they originally told me. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I am so happy with the service at Steve's Plumbing! I woke up and was greeted to an unexpected lake in my yard with the water meter stating it were losing 130 gallons every couple minutes. 😳. They were able to get Cody out in a couple hours. He explained what had happened, and completed the repair quickly, which involved digging up heavy gravel to get at pipes. He also showed me an existing issue that may cause future issues and we discussed solutions. For what they had to do, and the distance they had to drive, the repair cost was reasonable. They cleaned up the area really well after they were done. I am so grateful as my husband was out of town and it was clearly a major home repair! Thank you Cody & Steve's plumbing!

Technician was polite and kept things clean. Disassembled and inspected my water heater and vent pipe. Did not repair the problem, it still works intermittently. Did charge me for the service call
