I’ve been a Stan Perkoski’s Home Services’ customer for almost a decade now, for my home and a small commercial building. They are courteous and professional. My old 80 gallon hot water heater in my home broke this time. They installed two Bradford White 50 gallon hot water tanks in its place this morning (total $5,944) . It’s nice to have hot water again. Update June 2024: There was an A/C problem at a commercial building I manage. Nick from Stan Perkoski’s came and recommended replacing the 2015 unit. He quickly (which was much appreciated) got the new 5 ton 15 seer American Standard heat pump with an American Standard 5 ton air handler and matching 15kw heat strip, installed and operating. My tenants are happy and so am I. Thank you!

The two gentleman that came out were punctual, personable, and knew what they were doing. The service was affordable, they did not try to upsell me and were honest and straightforward about what my needs were. Stan Perkoski will me be go to from now on!!

Stan Perkoski's Home Services hires skilled and friendly service providers. I appreciate the calls to tell me (with accuracy) when they'll arrive. Recently my new air conditioning unit was making a weird noise that signaled to me that something wasn't right even though it was still working. No problem. They came out quickly, heard the noise, ordered a new unit, and installed it without charge. No doubts about my claim, no delays. Thank you Nick. Had a Tankless Water Heater installed and the crew took about 5hrs to install. They did a Great job 👏

Jacob did a very good job on a broken sewer line. He was very knowledgeable and thorough about what had to be done. He communicated with me frequently to keep me informed as to what was going on and their fee was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Jacob and Perkoski’s Home Services again.
