SPS Plumbing - Water Heater Repair & Installation

Ruben was quite thorough in his diagnosis of our problematic water heater. After his investigation, he explained the problem with the water heater in detail and offered various solutions. He also patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommended. We also had to replace our old tank water heater with tankless water heater. The job done by Steven and Ruben was again immaculate and professional. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend SPS Plumbing.

Ruben was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He diagnosed them problem Quickly, ordered replacement parts and got our water heater repaired effectively!

I highly recommend SPS Plumbers and especially Ruben Ramirez, who helped us with resolving our issue. Our water in our showers have been running lukewarm, and we thought this have been an issue with the water heater. After Ruben arrived and diagnosed the issue, he showed us that the issue rather than being the water heater was an issue with the valves in the shower starting to go faulty and therefore mixing cold / hot water. After diagnosing, Ruben was unable to get the parts at the nearby Home Depot (due to their age), but assured me that he had the part back at the office. After rescheduling for a few days later, Ruben quickly returned our home back to normal and left, assuring me that he will be able to fix the problem when he returned. SPS was able to schedule another appointment with Ruben the following day and I was able to have all my water back to perfect hot water temperature because of his great work. During that time, Ruben was courteous, respectful of our private space (wore covers for his shoes) and explained how the problem occurred and what to keep an eye out for. He also made sure everything was running as before and left our home as clean as when he first came by. Thank you Ruben for great service!

Fantastic all around! Steven and Ruben replaced my water heater that also provides radiant heating. They are communicative, professional and really know their trade. The new system is better performing and better plumbed than the original. Prices are very competitive, too. Also a shout out to Vanessa in the office for being really nice to work with for scheduling and order placements. Highly recommended!
