Excellent, EXCELLENT! Benjamin was so easy to communicate and work with. Spartan as a company truly gave me excellent customer care and service. It is intimidating enough to have plumbing items pop up. But Spartan stepped up and eased my mind. They gave me options and allowed me to make a decision on which way to go. I felt honesty and care from Benjamin and that goes a long way, in my book. As I write this there was one more thing I wanted Benjamin to look at and dang... my faucet in tge back yard needs ti be replaced. Darn! I forgot to ask him about it while he was out here. Arghhhh I would highly recommend them.
