I’m updating my review after a bumpy first experience with a water heater expansion tank replacement. I had a less than satisfactory experience at first but Hunt’s Services came through and made everything right. I give a lot of credit to their customer service folks, Corey the manager and Alfredo the plumbing technician for their professionalism and care. They did a great job addressing my concerns and I am happy with their work overall. All’s well that ends well. Nice work, Corey, Alfredo and Hunt’s services.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hunt’s Services and was very impressed with the professionalism and customer service I received. Evan (5-stars) the technician who performed the work, was exceptional—courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Likewise, the customer service representative (5-Stars) who scheduled the appointment was helpful, professional, and easy to work with. If I were rating solely on customer service, I would gladly give five stars. Unfortunately, due to the extraordinarily high cost—$3,100 (with tax) for a four-hour job involving one breaker replacement and approximately four feet of wiring—I can’t separate my rating between service and pricing. I did agree to the pricing up front, but only after the work was completed and I had the chance to do further research did I realize how disproportionate the cost was for the scope of the job. Because of this, I feel compelled to give an overall rating of two stars. My hope is that this feedback helps future customers in their decision-making and encourages the company to take a closer look at how their pricing is perceived in relation to the work performed.

Hunt’s Services was fantastic to work with! From start to finish, their communication was excellent, they kept me informed every step of the way and explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was being done. Their pricing was very fair, and the quality of the work was outstanding. They fixed my ducting, serviced my furnaces, and cleaned my dryer vent, all with professionalism and care. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Hunt’s Services and will definitely be using them again!
