The receptionists are quick to respond and reach out. Each service interaction was great; they’re friendly, communicative, and do a great job providing alternative solutions with estimated prices that include cost breakdowns. I felt no pressure to make a decision in the moment and our discussions were upfront and honest. Great people to work with, great customer service and I would highly recommend their services.

A BIG SHOUT OUT TO HARTS PLUMBING! I am very pleased with my service today with Harts. I realized last night that my water heater was leaking 😳 and I needed to fix or replace it asap as there was water all over my floor. I called Harts first thing this morning to explain the situation and "Syrus" my technician was here within the hour to help me out! The price was more than reasonable and it was fixed on the spot! No hassles, no headaches, no problems! These guys are rock stars and they ABSOLUTELY 💯% know what they are doing. I love, love, love Harts!!!🥳

Jeremy really went the extra mile to get our hot water working again. He'd been by earlier in the day and got our old one working again, and had shown me the replacement options with no hard sell pressure. Unfortunately, our old water heater quit working again several hours after he left and he was nice enough to come back with a replacement, even though it was late in the day. He worked FAST, and was done in a few hours.

Harts has been amazing, I had a hot water tank fail and flood my back room. Harts was able to get their technician Christopher Looney out in just a couple of hours. Being it was Friday, it was great to be able to have a resolution without having to wait until the following week. Chris was fantastic. He analyzed the situation and went over options, and worked up a bid right away. Chris was able to remove the old tank and install a new one while he was here. The workmanship was impeccable, and Chris ran through usage and maintenance with me. I would highly recommend Chris and Harts for any of your needs. I’ll also add that the customer service representative on the phone was fantastic as well 🤩🙌
