Solace Heating and Air never disappoints!!! Today Drew came out for a routine maintenance checkup on my AC and could not have been any more pleasant and helpful!! So very professional and knowledgeable! Had some great extra tips for me on my AC and just nice to have around! All of the Solace technicians that have been out, have been extremely professional, well-mannered and made me feel extremely safe when they are in my home! Highly recommend Solace Plumbing Heating and Air! Our air conditioning went out on a Saturday and temps were climbing near 100 degrees outside. They were quick to respond and had a technician, Alex, out within a couple of hours. Their customer service is excellent. They deserve five stars for their professionalism, communication and service. Alex called to let us know he was on the way, arrived at the time he told us he’d arrive and quickly accessed our problem and got us up and running. He was extremely knowledgeable. I had no doubt we were in good hands. No homeowner wants to deal with a hvac issue, but Alex and Solace took great care of us and will always be our first call. Great job Alex!

Solace recently came to my house, did a complete inspection of my tankless hot water heater that was not operating. They assessed the damage, re-installed the new unit, and had me back up and running in less than 24 hours. I have been in the construction industry most of my life and have never had a better service experience than what we received from Solace. Michael, Nathan, and Cody were all extremely professional, mindful of our family and home, and communicated throughout the entire process. I was notified of a time to expect them when I called, received another notification when they were in route, and their team spent the time to explain the process and set expectations along the way. They exceeded every expectation I had and I could not recommend them highly enough. My Air Conditioning failed this afternoon (Sunday, 08.17.2025.) One of the hottest days of the year with the humidity off the charts and my wife being disabled and on oxygen had to be repaired today. I called 7 different HVAC companies and they all had availability issues and could not make today with the exception of Solace and Choates. Both, without making promises, said they could promise tomorrow but would try to work me in today if possible. Soon after Solace called and sent a technician to my home. Thank GOD it was just an inexpensive part but it was fixed in no time and with a very fair price. The technician (Josh Buckley) was as professional and polite as he could have been. Solace has earned a customer from now on. He met all our needs and exceeded all of our expectations.

Summer storms caused irreparable damage to our condenser and it needed to be replaced right in the hottest part of July. We called Solace for the first time because we were getting the runaround with our previous service. Not only did Ryan come out the same night after the issue was diagnosed, he walked us through the problem and gave us multiple solutions. Even though it was already late at night, he was able to get some volunteers to get our AC back running the next morning on a day when they wouldn't normally install! Excellent customer service all around. Shout out to Daniel and Landon for coming in on such short notice and working through the issue to get us out of the heat when we needed it most.
