Talk about customer service !!! Ryan Nelson was on call and went the extra mile. smith plumbing had installed a new water heater about a year ago. i discovered after hours I did it have hot water so I called the answering service. I had decided it was not an "emergency " and I was going to wait till morning to have some one come out. Ryan called me this evening between jobs and asked what was going on to get a head star on the next day. I told him what was going on. he asked it I had the auto shut off. I did he said let's check the batteries on that. 4 double A's later problem fixed. i appreciate his call!

We had a sewer scope done today by Gabe, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, as well as his findings afterward. It was a smooth and informative process from start to finish. Based on today’s experience, we'll definitely be calling Smith’s Plumbing for any future service needs.

They came to my house and fixed everything immediately. I worked with Zac and he explained everything very easily and was extremely easy to talk to. Before he left, I asked him if he could take a look at a leaky shower head just for advice, and instead, he took the time to fix it for free instead of going home for the day (another company was charging $300 to fix it). After that I'd never use another service and have already recommended them to my parents and brother.

It started with Brock, a proficient, patient, helpful, thorough, and courteous representative of Smith’s Plumbing who arrived at scheduled time. With 3 bids on hand, after Brock responded to my questions on different brands of tankless, position of gas and water pipes, along with a competitive price, It was an EASY decision to have Smith’s Plumbing replacing my 2 tanks water heater with a Rinnai RSC 199 tankless! Respectful, pleasant, and skillful install crew, Cody and Eli along with roofer Scott, took great care to protect wood floor and extra careful with hauling equipment up and down the stairs. The tankless water heater was up and running prior to 5PM on the same day. Rest assured it was my first and surely not my last experience with Smith’s Plumbing as I am an extremely pleased customer!
