The first time they came was for a contract job through Home Depot to replace our ancient water heater. It was surprisingly fast, and still professionally done. A few months later, I tried to get a skirted toilet installed, and Home Depot said the contractor didn't install skirted toilets. I called Snake n' Rooter directly, and they installed the skirted toilet I wanted! Again, fast, impeccable service at a reasonable price!

My rental property sent this company out after we noticed a leak with the water heater, we had someone could out look at everything, unclog the floor drain and he was very professional, let me know everything he was doing and that he would send an estimate to get the water heater replaced, well after back and forth with the property management company, Delaney was sent out today, he was very professional, he called asked if I could send a photo of the water heater and said he would be replacing everything today! I’m extremely pleased with this company!! Hands down the best and great communication this entire situation even with the ladies in the office. If we ever have another issue I know who will be getting my business. Thank you!!!

Just Wow! I wish I would have called these guys first been a long journey!fist of all they came out the next day after calling was there on site for 5 hours, Mark was the first out to the house to clean the main. new to company but nice and professional hunter came out to help mark and hunter was great! I feel bad cause the clog was so tuff but he worked and worked through it and got me flowing again and made suggestions on things that helps a lot.. definitely would recommend this company 110%

Delaney came out twice to fix an issue with our pipes and both times was an awesome experience. He was quick, kind, and very informative. If I could rate more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Awesome job Delaney we appreciate you!

After 3.5 hours of Jase and Hunter fighting the root ball in my sewer, they got us flowing again! It's been a long hard fight to make that happen! Months ago, Hamilton Plumbing told me that the sewer went straight out the back of the house, and that the only way to get a tiny root out was to dig it all up for 5k per 5ft, and replace all of the pipes! Snake 'n' Rooter got us flowing again and confirmed that the sewer flows through our front yard, and they even suggested that we install an Exterior Clean out to make it so that a complete cleanout would be possible. They did all of this and everything was very affordable, even for this Single Mom! Their customer service was impeccable from the initial phone call, to the moment they left! They are a 24 hour company and were at my house the very next morning after my call! There were no sleazy sales tactics, or lies. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions in a way that I could understand. Thank you Jase and Hunter! Snake 'n' Rooter for the WIN !!
