I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a new furnace installed a few months ago and that was a great and seamless experience, but when they really showed their professionalism and effort was when I ended up with a crumbling sewage pipe and needed a full replacement. They did everything they could to ensure that was really the route we had to go, and they got it all knocked out so fast and were able to provide financing with a great rate. Not only that but I’d just had gravel laid down where they had to dig everything up. A few days after this process there was a horrible rainstorm and a lot of the mud and gravel washed out. They brought in new gravel for me and re-covered the whole area. The new pipe system looks great, works great, and I have full confidence to hire them for anything and everything moving forward. They even send you progress photos along the way. I’ve had to deal with contractors a lot as I own a couple properties that have been renovated and needed new things. I know it can feel like such a gamble and you always wonder if they are just trying to get money out of you. I’ve never once felt that with this company and they have always done their best to do the most reasonable and affordable thing, without cutting corners.

David at Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling was fantastic to work with! He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever feeling pushy or salesy. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate the honest advice and great service. Highly recommend!

Devante Trotter & Travis Miller were two of the nicest & most efficient guys from Lee’s Summit Heating & Cooling. They came & got the job done with ease as well as respect for our home. Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling found me a solution fast. My water heater died and they were able to get someone out that night to troubleshoot. When I opted to replaced the aged unit, their technician (Alex) was knowledgeable and more than willing to walk me through my options. Since I was or or service completely, Alex worked with Lee's Summit Cooling and Heating to get me on his install schedule for first thing, the next day. Installation was a breeze and Alex was excellent. I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone!

Our tech, David, was very knowledgeable and informative. He diagnosed our issue and had our AC up and running in no time. He was thorough and explained everything to us in layman terms. He gave us pointers on how to maintain our AC to get the longest life out of it. I recommend this company and will use them in the future.
