We were having a problem with our brand new toilet flushing properly. We had a plumber come out to fix it and were told it was a sewer issue. We proceeded to call Smith Sewer Service. They sent out a technician the very next day. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He identified the problem in no time which was not a sewer issue. Aaron and Robin are probably some of the best professionals we’ve worked with on our plumbing and sewage issues in our home. They were booked out pretty far but they were able to schedule us in for a quick and effective job to get our mainline cleaned and cleared out. I called Smith Sewer to come and unclog a pipe before switching a tub to a walk-in shower. Cody was the technician. It was a tough job and a very old pipe. When he couldn't get it the first time, he called someone to ask for advice and suggest options. After the call, he went back to work and got the job done.
