Holt did an outstanding job installing our new water softener and replacing four faucets and a shower in one day. Austin and Chris were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they left everything clean and looking great. We have had the pleasure of meeting 4 technicians this week (Rob, Daniel, Jonathon, & Josiah) and Trenton (sales) those along with the very nice and professional woman who called be back on Sunday when my AC failed have been absolutely amazing. NO PRESSURE to do anything!!! We were given all my options and left to make our own choices. I doubt Holt is the low price leader because the quality of the people, and work that was done, the warranty given, and speed of repair and install was impeccable. We would recommend them to anyone.

Josiah Oppman did a very good job with the furnace and ac he answers all of our questions very throughly he was very respectful and professional and showed how to work the humidifier on our furnace and how to keep the drain pump/ drain line clean I highly recommend holt for all pluming and hvac needs the manufacturer did not include enough refrigerant to fill the ac and he even came back the next morning to top it off and also programmed the thermostat as well as fixed our duct vent so it blows the correct way

My central air conditioning went out and I called Holt because their image in the community I felt as a company was fair and honest. First of all they were able to come out within a day or 2 of my call. Daniel and Mitch came out and assessed every aspect, thermostat, furnace and the air conditioner itself. They located the issue and fully explained it to me along with the cost. It was surprisingly very reasonable when the 2 had already been here for over an hr. After they fixed it Daniel explained how they have a maintenance plan for the furnace and air twice a yr for a great price to keep them both in good working order. The plan also comes with some very good perks and since my units are 5 years old and the price was good I purchased that for future as well. Such nice gentlemen who explained and kindly answered several of my questions. Holt has many different services they offer and because my experience was so good I will be calling them for every type of service I should ever need. Thank you Daniel and Mitch! My house is nice and cool for this weekends 90 + degree weather!
