Pierce Winkler did a great job diagnosing the problem with our old tankless water heater. We decided to replace with a new Navien tankless water heater. Entire job was completed the same day, minimizing our time without hot water. Pierce was friendly, professional, all piping was neatly installed, with clean up and haul away of old unit. Pierce made sure new tankless was tested and working before he finished the job.

Within 2 days of moving into my new home we noticed a significant leak. They were there within the hour to not only take a look but provide a quote.
