He arrived promptly the morning of our appointment and quickly fixed the failing pressure valve, while minimizing water spillage. He verified the new connections and valve. He provided a lot of context on what to look for in those types of situations. Very personable; easy to talk to. Will absolutely call on him again for future plumbing needs!

He clearly explained the differences between the water heater size we had, a larger one and a tankless water heater as well as the difference in cost.
