My name is Carmen Harrison, I am the owner of the property. I am posting this on my daughter account. Since I do not have a Google review account. I was so happy with Chad Fields and Gabe-Billy with Shane Elmer’s Plumbing they came out and installed the top of the line water heater and fixed 2 leaks and a faucet in the kitchen and shut off valves. Very friendly, on time. The job was done excellent. They know what they are doing. Next time I want Chad Fields again, I will request him. Again and again…..I am a loyal customer for life. There is very few services I will switch over if you do things right I stay. I got my plumber for life. Thank you so very much 😊

We had a AC drainage leak upstairs that was coming through the ceiling of our living room. Tyler was amazing! He (and his partner, whose name I forgot, sorry!) were very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained thoroughly what was wrong and gave us options for moving forward on repairs. I felt very comfortable with what was done and am less stressed with what’s to come. Thank you Tyler!

Shane Elmore sent Tyler Shepard first thing on a Monday morning to complete a project that I had basically gotten myself in over my head with. It started with a leaking shut off valve under my bathroom sink that destroyed the bottom of the vanity. I removed the bottom, the sink top and faucets. (The shut off valve held when closed completely). Then I went and bought everything new to replace myself. I forgot to mention that first, another plumber quoted me $234 to replace the valve. Now, I had the water to the house turned off and both shutoff valves removed. But for the life of me I couldn't get the new valve to hold. It was now months later and late Sunday night. Finally I threw the towel in and Tyler put it all together for me in a very timely manner at a cost of just over $500. Very well worth it. Thanks Tyler

Had a partially clogged toilet that needed help & after reading reviews, I decided to use these guys. It was super convenient being able to schedule online & I was able to have someone come at a time that fit our schedule perfectly. The tech (Tyler S.) called when he was heading this way & was awesome. He addressed the issue & had the toilet back to normal working order very quickly. Pricing was fair as well, so I’d definitely use this crew again if/when any future issues pop up ✌🏻
