I'm not sure if you will believe this. I called Airtron and scheduled a "tune-up" becasue I was having an issue with my AC. On the day of the apointment no one from Airtron showed and when I called I was give a world class run-arounrd about how the schedular and dispatch forgot to comunicate. I also had to work with a supervisor to get a straight answer, in short - Airtron is a mess. I called Seiter Service becasue the are so highly rated on the Bryant website and when I called and spoke with Tammy she was able to immedietly send a technician with 20 years experience. Mike B showed up and performed a Master Class on my HVAC unit. He looked at every nut and bolt and showed me how to do simple stuff to keep my $15k HVAC system at peak performance. He spent 1.5 hours looking over every part of my system, fixed my problem and then said it will be $110.00. I was shocked at the calibure of knowledge and his fix was worth 3x the $110.00 Service fee. Please understand, this guy has over 10,000 of experience and it was only $110.00 - the bargin of the year! These folks are AMAZING and they make you feel like a real person. Thank you Seiter Service - you are on my speed dial list forever.

They did a great job of cleaning our dryer vent. The workers were friendly and kept me informed of what was going on during the process. They were done in a timely manner and left everything neater than they found it. The price was fair too. Very pleased.

Seiter Services the saved the day. Our old AC unit was on its last legs. One call & we had an appointment in just a few days. The sales rep Deron was accommodating and prompt. Sam (my first namesake) came to perform my semiannual HVAC service. He called prior to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant. We had a grin about our names when we introduced ourselves. Once he set the thermostat, he went about his duties. He washed the air conditioning unit, and recommended that I let the wash it on a regular basic so as not to have grass building up, which could cause issues. After replacing the filter and resetting the thermostat, etc. he assured me that the system was in excellent operating condition, and asked if I had questions. I was impressed with his technical and customer service skills. Thank you, young man!

Today I woke up to a warm muggy home at 78 degrees and high humidity. The air conditioning had failed in the middle of the night. The outdoor temp was already mid 80s and would climb to mid 90s today. I called Seiter services and was relieved that they would come by within 4 hours on a Saturday, a non-business day. The service tech, Sam Shortes, quickly diagnosed the failed part and had my A/C up and running in quick order. I recommend Seiter Services and Sam Shortes for their professional and quick service.
