The team at Scenic City Plumbing is great. From the scheduling team, to the onsite consultation, to the follow-up with options for the work to be done, each team member was on time, professional and courteous. I was experiencing significant high water pressure into my house, which affected my water heater. The team dug down to my main water line close to the water meter to install a new pressure release valve. They reattached the line with new fittings and places a new meter box containing the new valve close to the main water meter. On the same visit, they installed new 2 gallon thermal expansion tank and relief valve to the water heater. All of this work was done in three hours, and my water was back on along with new, fresh hot water. Scenic City Plumbing was recommended by Chattanooga Water Heater Company, another company I would recommend for specific water heater concerns.

We had Scenic City replace our main line which fixed our water volume issues. We then had them install a new Halo 5 water filter. Our drinking water is now clean and smells/tastes amazing. The crews were professional and timely. We haven’t had any issues since.

After the great flood of 2025, I needed a new water heater and main drain repaired. Jimmy was super helpful and professional. He worked over a day and half getting everything setup properly for us. He even found another leak under our sink and took care of it for us. Highly recommend these folks!

My water main leak occurred on a Friday and though they were booked out a week or more they managed to schedule me for Monday morning. We are having hot July weather, but they managed to make a hole in an asphalt driveway and fix my leak in just four hours. Their technicians were skilled and courteous and very professional and they did it all for just $1100 which I considered to be very reasonable. I can highly recommend Scenic City Plumbing.
